At 21:00 on the 8th, Donghai rescue 101 arrived at the scene and successfully completed the cable operation. With the assistance of other ships, the ship overcame the difficulties of harsh sea conditions, serious deviation of distressed vessels in towing and complex navigable waters. After one days efforts, at 2200 hours on September 9, the distressed ship Far Sea 9 was successfully towed to anchor shelter in the safe waters of Shanghai Port. Fifteen crew members were rescued with the ship.
