On July 25, Zhang Ying, Director of Employment Promotion Department of Telecommunications and Social Services Department, revealed that with the joint efforts of 8.34 million college graduates in 2019, the current employment progress is generally stable, the employment level is basically the same as in previous years, and the employment situation is basically stable.

Second, the employment of key groups remains stable. The employment progress of college graduates in 2019 is generally stable. At the end of June, the Ministry of Human and Social Affairs monitored the transfer of rural labor force in 2000 administrative villages and found that the number of migrant workers increased by 3.5% year on year. By the end of June, 10.81 million poor laborers had been employed, an increase of 930,000 compared with the end of last year. From January to June, 870,000 people with employment difficulties were employed, faster than the schedule.

Third, the basic balance of supply and demand in the labor market. In the second quarter, the market demand rate of 100 Urban public employment service institutions was 1.22. The demand for jobs was greater than the number of job seekers. There was still room for manoeuvre in the market.
