A taxi crashed a woman on a bicycle into the river. Police searched for three days and no one was found.

It is understood that after the accident, the taxi continued to run along National Highway 316 towards Xixiang, and another person was injured on Qinjiaba National Highway in Chenggu County, which was subsequently intercepted and captured by the Chenggu Traffic Police Brigade.

On the afternoon of July 24, a reporter from China Business Daily contacted Mr. Chen, the brother of the woman who had been hit. He said, Today is the third day. I hope I can find my sister. It rained heavily that day, and in the afternoon it was the flood peak that crossed the Hanjiang River. The muddy water of the river could not be seen at all, including fire fighting and police searching along the river, but it was never found. Mr. Chen said.

Mr. Chen introduced that her sister, Ms. Chen, 35 years old, is a staff member of the Sanhe Town Finance Institute of Chenggu County. On the morning of the incident, Ms. Chen was riding an electric bicycle to work in her unit, but she was caught up by a taxi from behind when she passed the Hanjiang Bridge in the solid section of the transit city of 316 National Highway, and directly crashed into the Hanjiang River. At present, Chenggu County is still searching for Ms. Chen who fell into the water, but because of the flood passing through the Hanjiang River that day, there is little possibility that the people who fell into the water will survive.
