On March 11, the Beijing Municipal Culture Market Administrative Law Enforcement Team received a report that several companies in Beijing publicly issued Thick Undergraduates in Tianmao Online Store, including Complete Works of Thick Undergraduates published by China Friendship Publishing Company and Thick Undergraduates published by Line-bound Bookstore Company Limited. It has been verified that the publications officially published by the non-publishing units of the books involved are illegal publications by the partners without authorization.

Subsequently, on March 11 and 12, the law enforcement officers of the Beijing Cultural Market Administrative Law Enforcement Team issued screenshots of the 12 Tianmao online stores involved in the case, which illegally issued the Complete Works of Thick Black Studies and Thick Black Studies, and obtained the certification materials of the online bookstore Limited and the China Friendship Publishing Company, respectively, confirming that the books involved were not. Publications officially published by publishing units. After investigation, 12 online stores purchased goods from Beijing Chuangmei Foreign Exchange Books Co., Ltd. and Beijing Huayu Wenxuan Cultural Development Co., Ltd. respectively, which constituted the illegal act of issuing other illegal publications.
