Netease Entertainment reported July 10 that South Korean artist Park Tiantian, who was recently sentenced to probation for drug abuse, was confirmed to have been banned by MBC TV, according to Korean media.
Park Tian was found to have taken drugs with his ex-girlfriend Huang Haona in April this year. Although Park Tian himself has denied it, police have detected drug reactions in his body, confirming that Park Tian took drugs with Huang Haona, and then Park Tian admitted that he had bought drugs and taken drugs with Huang Haona. Not long ago, Park Tiantian was sentenced by the court to 10 monthsimprisonment with a two-year suspension.
It is reported that MBC TV put Park Tiantian on the list of banned performances on May 15 this year, when Park Tiantian was detained by the police on suspicion of drug abuse. People familiar with the situation said that the social impact of Park Tians drug abuse incident was so bad that after his detention, MBC TV decided to ban Park Tian from performing any program on MBC TV.
