Beijing News reported that new progress has been made in the case of nine-year-old girls in Hangzhou being taken to Shanghai by tenants. Today (July 10), the Chunan County Public Security Bureau issued a circular that two tenants who took away the girl had committed suicide in Ningbo and the whereabouts of the girl were unknown. Today, Zhang Jun, the father of the lost girl, told reporters that the girl was cheated from her grandparents by two tenants for taking her to Shanghai as a flower boy, and her whereabouts were unknown. He said his parents and daughters lived in Qingxi Village, Qiandaohu Town, Chunan County, Hangzhou City, and sold fruits near a seven-day chain hotel. Earlier, two elderly people met a couple with Cantonese accent who said they had booked a seven-day chain hotel on Ctrip for half a month. Later, it was said that the house (hotel) was too expensive. It cost 500 yuan a month to stay at my (Zhang Jun) home.
Zhang Jun said that after three or four days of residence, the couple offered to take Zhang Zixin to work as a flower boy when their friends held a wedding in Shanghai. Zhang Zixin was eventually taken away by a couple with Cantonese accents on July 4 and promised to bring her back on July 6. But Zhang Zixin did not return on the 6th. Zhang Jun said that the other side said can not buy tickets.
On July 7, Zhang Jun offered to pick up his daughter. Others said they were bringing Zhang Zixin back to Hangzhou and sending a video. The video was shot in a private car and Zhang Zixin could be seen sitting in the back seat. Zhang Jun said that at 5 p.m. that day, the other side sent a message that the cell phone was dead and the charger was broken, and a screen shot was sent. At noon today, Zhang Jun told the Beijing News that the police found that the couple appeared in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province on the first day and did not go to Shanghai.

Police notify tenants of suicide and solicit clues for children
Chunan County Public Security Bureau issued a circular saying that around 10 oclock on July 8, 2019, the Qingxi Police Station of Chunan County Public Security Bureau received a mass report saying that the children were taken away from their homes by two tenants and their whereabouts were unknown. After receiving the report, Chunan Public Security immediately mobilized the police station, criminal investigation, network police, intelligence and other departments to jointly carry out case filing investigation. The special team rushed to Ningbo overnight to carry out investigation.
After investigation, Zhang Zixin, a 9-year-old woman from Qingxi Village, Qiandaohu Town, Chunan County, was taken away. At 6:30 a.m. on July 4, tenants Liang Mouhua and Xie Moufang lied about taking their children to Shanghai for a wedding drink and took Zhang Zixin away from home. On July 7, the children were not brought back as scheduled, and then lost contact. In the early morning of July 8, Liang Mouhua and Xie Moufang committed suicide in Ningbo. The girls whereabouts are still unknown. The case is under further investigation.
Zhang Zixin is 130 centimeters tall, slightly fat, with long hair and braids and red-rimmed glasses, police said. According to video tracking, Zhang Zixin, Liang and Xie appeared at 17:23 on July 7 at the entrance of the Golden Coast Hotel in Songlanshan Tourism Resort, Xiangshan County, Ningbo. Zhang Zixin wore a white green dress and grey sandals on the same day, and no children were found after that.
