Economic reporters in the 21st century observed that 8 of the 10 cities with the highest rate of second-hand house price rise belong to the third and fourth tier cities in the Yangtze River Delta and Bohai Rim regions. Analysts pointed out that the current integration of the Yangtze River Delta has become a national strategy, to a certain extent, driving the second-hand housing market in Jiaxing, Changzhou and other cities near Shanghai to lead the rise in the price of second-hand housing, and the second-hand housing ring-to-ring ratio in the Yangtze River Delta economic circle is also leading the rise in the large region, which shows that the policy benefits for the regional property market are also good. There is a certain driving effect. With the landing of the national strategic planning, the second-hand housing market in the Yangtze River Delta region may still be a hot trading area.
