Data show that China Express Development Index in June was 208, up 18% year on year, showing a steady and positive trend. Express business volume completed 5.3 billion pieces, an increase of 25.3% year-on-year, and express business revenue completed 63 billion yuan, an increase of 23.9% year-on-year.
In addition, the effective appeal rate of express delivery in June was less than 0.4 per million, which was more than three quarters better than that of the previous year. Consumer satisfaction with express delivery service was 78 points, which was basically the same as the same period last year. The 72-hour punctuality rate in key areas was 77%, up 0.4 percentage points from the same period last year.
