According to the statement, after investigation, at about 14:00 on July 8, Nie Cedar and Dong Lefei, assistant police officers of the sixth squadron of the Xinhua Traffic Police Brigade of our bureau, patrolled Union Road in Shijiazhuang City, and notified the illegal parking of motor vehicles in disorder. Nie Cedar (wearing a helmet) was driving a police motorcycle carrying Dong Lefei. He found a small bus in the rear chasing him. They thought they had a crowd to ask for help, so they stopped in time to ask. One person came down from the rear bus and asked to cancel it with an illegal parking notice. Nie Cedar and Dong Lefei informed him of their illegal activities according to law. And clearly inform themselves that they have no right to revoke. The parking violator took out his mobile phone to videotape the assistant policeman Nie and Dong, pointing out that Dong riding a motorcycle without a helmet is also a traffic offence.
