The landlord shall not raise the rent unilaterally

If the contract is terminated in advance, the landlord shall refund the rent that has been collected but has not yet occurred within the agreed time after the termination of the contract. The tenant shall move out within the agreed time after the termination of the contract. The contract must be filled in with the household type and the real estate certificate number.
