FIFAs new rules! Be careful that these handballs can blow penalties.

Starting today, the 13th round of the Chinese Super League will be launched in an all-round way. The first game to be played is Beijing Guoan Zhengzhens home game against Shanghai Greenbelt Shenhua, which is also the premiere of the new rules of the 2019-2020 edition in the Chinese Super League.

Recently, the Chinese Football Association has issued a notice that from June 13, the Chinese Super League will formally implement the new rules of 2019-2020 issued by the International Football Council. The new rule has several changes compared with the previous version.

First, the referee can show the coach and team officials red cards. In previous games, referees used gestures to send coaches or team officials to the stands rather than playing cards to them. Under the new rules, the referee can present red and yellow cards to coaches and team officials.

Secondly, unless the referee has a clear indication, the player who has been replaced must leave the field from the nearest border, otherwise, the player who has been replaced will eat the card. In previous matches, we can often see that the leading side of the team to replace, the players were replaced off the court are very slow, in order to delay time, in the referees reminder, but also a small step to run.

Thirdly, when a free kick or goal kick is made in the penalty area, the game begins when the ball is kicked.

Fourthly, offensive players are not allowed to appear within 1 meter of the defensive wall composed of three or more people, otherwise they will be sentenced to indirect free kicks. In previous matches, we can see that when defending playersvolleyball wall, offensive players often push in the middle or next to the wall of defending players, which is not allowed in the future.

Fifth, the captain who guessed the coin had the right to choose the kick-off before the game started. In the past, the captains of the two teams guessed coins before the game. One of them could only choose the direction of attack, but now they began to choose the kick-off.

Sixth, the referee can not help. According to the old rules, if the ball touches the referee and causes a teams advantageous ball, which directly leads to one sides goal or changes the balls right, then it needs to drop the ball to the referees position and give it to the one who controls the ball before.

Seventh, when a goalkeeper throws a penalty, the goalkeeper stands on the line with at least one foot. The previous rule was that the goalkeepers feet could not leave the goal line.

Eighth, unintentional handball may also be punished. The previous concept of intentional handball has been changed to handball foul. Handball fouls are when the arm touches the ball and the position of the hand and arm makes the body expand unnaturally or the hand and arm are above/beyond the shoulder.

For example, deliberately moving the hand towards the ball to touch the ball, foul; hand contact with the ball, resulting in a direct goal, or after possession of the ball to create a goal, or after possession of the ball to form a scoring opportunity, are fouls.

In addition, if the hand before touching the ball, the ball is not hit on others, but on their own, according to the new rules, the players themselves take the initiative to deal with the ball after touching their arms, it is not a foul. Handball is not a foul if a player falls to the ground with his hands or arms between his body and the ground and his arms are not extended horizontally or vertically. Or, if a player from a very close home intentionally handles the ball and touches his hand, it is not a foul if his arm is in a natural position. If the arm is in a natural position, it will not be fouled if it bounces or refracts from a close member of the team. A player from a close opponent intentionally handles a touchdown after the ball and does not commit a foul if his arm is in a natural position. Rebound/refract from close opponents and touch hands, arm in natural position, no foul. Source: Netease Sports Author: Qiao Mais Editor-in-Charge: Xu Song_NS1943
