3. Time should not be too long. In general, the time of standard flat support should be controlled in about 2 minutes; fancy flat support, such as side flat support, flat support leg lift, flat support knee lift, yoga ball aerobic flat support, can last 30 seconds for each action, three groups, 10-20 seconds between groups. If the training time is too long, the movement will be more easily deformed and the damage to cervical or lumbar spine will be more serious.
