The completion of this landmark joint construction laid a solid foundation for the joint commissioning test of the Beijing-Zhangzhou High-speed Rail Line in September this year and its opening at the end of the year. It is reported that the travel time between Beijing and Zhangzhou will be shortened from 3 hours to less than 1 hour after the opening of the Beijing-Zhangzhou high-speed railway.
At the same time, Beijing Youth Daily reporters learned that Chongli Railway (Zhengli) line, which mainly serves the Chongli Competition Area of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, has also completed track laying and will be opened at the same time with the Beijing-Zhangzhou High-speed Railway by the end of the year.
Intelligent Robot Detection to Overcome Difficulties in Construction
At 9:45 a.m. on June 12, outside Beijing North Railway Station, at the entrance of Tsinghua Garden Tunnel of Beijing-Zhangzhou High-speed Railway, the last group of 500-metre long rails were slowly pulled into the junction point by the track laying machine. At 10:00 a.m., the precise placement of long rails marked the completion of the whole track laying of Beijing-Zhangzhou High-speed Railway.
According to the relevant person in charge of Beijing-Zhangzhou company, the work of track laying of Beijing-Zhangzhou high-speed railway is mainly undertaken by the Third Bureau of China Railway. The main line of Beijing-Zhangzhou high-speed railway, constructed by the Third Bureau of China Railway, has been laid 310.8 kilometers. Since its first laying on November 1, 2018, according to the schedule of track laying, the Third Bureau of China Railway has mobilized elite generals to optimize the construction organization and steadily advance.
Faced with the huge challenges brought by the high standard of track laying operation, many cross working areas and 30 long ramp to the track laying construction, the continuous optimization scheme in the construction, the application of intelligent robot detection, the use of mechanization, automated track laying units and construction informationization and other means, greatly improved the track accuracy and construction efficiency.
It is reported that after the completion of the whole track of Beijing-Zhangzhou high-speed railway, all efforts will be made to fine-tune the track, install and debug the communication, signal, power supply and electrified four-power equipment, laying a solid foundation for the next static acceptance and joint debugging.
