After investigation, Du Keping violated political discipline and confronted organizational censorship; violated the spirit of the Eight Provisions of the Central Committee and used buses for private use; violated organizational discipline, he could not faithfully declare personal matters; violated integrity and discipline, violated business rules and regulations; and was suspected of serious duty crimes.
As a leading cadre of Party members and senior managers of central enterprises, Duke lost his ideal and belief, lacked sense of discipline, corrupted his life, seriously violated the Partys discipline, and was suspected of committing crimes. He did not converge or stop after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party. The masses reacted strongly and the influence was extremely bad, so he should be dealt with seriously. According to the Regulations on Disciplinary Disciplinary Measures of the Communist Party of China and other relevant provisions, Du Keping was decided to be dismissed from Party membership and public office; his illegal income was collected; his suspected crime was transferred to the procuratorial organ for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved was transferred with the case.

Du Keping, male, Han nationality, born in September 1961, Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province, joined the Communist Party of China in January 1996, with a masters degree. In August 1983, he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade; in September 1989, he worked in China Chemical Import and Export Corporation; from May 2001 to January 2006, he was a member of the Party Group of China Chemical Import and Export Corporation and vice president; from January 2006 to August 2010, he was a member of the Party Group of China Chemical Group Corporation and executive director, general manager and director of the fertilizer center of Sinochem Hong Kong Holdings Co., Ltd. From August 2010 to April 2017, he was a member and deputy general manager of Sinochem Group Corporation of China. In April 2017, Du Keping was removed from the post of member and deputy general manager of Sinochem Group Corporation of China.
