The improvement of rural housing data will not only provide more comprehensive reference and demonstration basis for real estate tax legislation, but also create more mature conditions for the spread of agricultural land and housing into the market. At the same time, through the scientific reasoning of rural population and housing data, it will be able to better serve the Rural Revitalization Strategy and urban-rural integration development. Jiang Guojun said that under the influence of the increasingly prominent problem of population aging, the declining birth rate and the gradual decline of the demographic dividend, the matching of housing census and population census also released another possible positive signal, that is, the future population incentive policy may make articles on allocating housing resources and giving preferential treatment to housing.
