According to the judgment of the Peoples Court of Chaoyang District in Beijing, the defendant Zhou Jing still needs to stop the reproduction, distribution and network dissemination of the novel Jinxiuweiyang immediately from the date when the judgment comes into effect; because when the company is a book seller of Jinxiuweiyang, according to the provisions of Article 53 of the Copyright Law, the defendant should immediately stop copying the novel Jinxiuweiyang on the day when the judgment comes into effect.
