Sales prices of newly built commercial residential buildings in second-tier cities rose 12.2% year-on-year, an increase of 0.2 percentage points over the previous month; sales prices of second-hand residential buildings rose 8.2% year-on-year, the same increase as last month. Sales prices of new commercial residential buildings in third-tier cities rose 11.4% year-on-year, an increase of 0.3 percentage points over the previous month; sales prices of second-hand residential buildings rose 8.4% year-on-year, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the previous month.
