[Global Network Military Report] According to the Russian Satellite News Agency on April 14, Vadim Sherga, head of the Russian Northern Fleet Information Service, disclosed to the outside world that the Russian frigate Admiral Gorshkov entered the South China Sea after crossing the Straits of Malacca and Singapore.

Reported that Russian warships are heading for Qingdao Port, Shandong Peninsula, China. The celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the PLA Navy will be held in Qingdao on April 23. The crew of the frigate Admiral Gorshkov are preparing for the celebration.

In addition, with the frigate, there are also Nicolas Chickel ocean rescue tugboat, El Bruce multi-functional material technology supply ship and Kama ocean tanker.

The Northern Fleet, headed by the frigate Admiral Gorshkov, began its ocean voyage on February 26. This is Admiral Gorshkovs first voyage. The crew made official visits to Djibouti and Colombo Port, Sri Lanka. From the beginning of the voyage, the frigate has traveled more than 11,000 nautical miles and completed several naval defense and missile weapon use exercises.
