BEIJING, April 14 (Xinhua) Liangshan Peoples Government Information Office announced the forest fire situation in Muli and Mianning County of Liangshan Prefecture on April 13 on the official micro-blog. The report said that on April 13, more than 740 people were put into rescue in Muli and Mianning counties.

The announcement also said that there was no obvious smoke in the forest fire site of Lier Village, Yalong River, Muli County. More than 200 people were put into the fire site on the 13th to clean up and stick to the fire site to prevent the resurgence of dead ashes.
Open fire has been extinguished in the lower part of Northwest line of forest fire in Lawo Village, Lawo Township, Mianning County, while ground-air cooperation has been continued in other areas. More than 540 people were put into operation on the 13th, and three helicopters sprayed 9 barrels and 51 tons of water.
