WikiLeaks founder Assange was arrested at the Embassy of Ecuador in London on November 11. When asked in the Oval Office whether he still likes WikiLeaks, President Trump, who publicly said I love WikiLeaks many times, suddenly changed his voice on November 11 and said, I dont know anything about WikiLeaks.

According to CNN, after Assanges arrest on November 11, Trump responded to reporters by saying, I dont know anything about WikiLeaks. Its not my business. I know it has something to do with Julian Assange. Ive always seen something about him, and its going to come to an end.

I guess the Minister of justice, who has done a good job, will handle it and make a decision. I really dont know anything about Assange. Its not a business in my life, Trump continued. I really have no objection.

Despite Trumps repeated denials, CNN still presents many facts to prove that Trump has a history of supporting WikiLeaks.

Reported that at a campaign rally in 2016, Trump said: WikiLeaks, I love WikiLeaks. In addition, during the campaign, Trump often praised WikiLeaks for its role in disseminating internal communications stolen from the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign team. Not only that, Trump also publicly encouraged Russians to find 30,000 lost e-mails (from Hillarys servers).

According to previous media reports, in 2010, WikiLeaks released a large number of secret documents about the war in Afghanistan and Iraq, including bombing civilians, torture and other content, the disclosure caused a sensation, so that the U.S. diplomatic image suffered a huge blow. Assange has also become the eyesore of the U.S. government. Later, Assange was investigated by Swedish prosecutors on rape charges and has sought asylum in the Embassy of Ecuador since he was released on bail. Assange was arrested in London, England, on the morning of November 11, local time, after Ecuador announced the withdrawal of its diplomatic asylum application. The U.S. Department of Justice subsequently announced an indictment against Assange, accusing him of conspiring with former U.S. intelligence analyst Manning in March 2010 to help Manning crack the password of the U.S. Department of Defenses classified computer system. For Assanges arrest, the British government said that no one can be above the law. Source of this article: Global Network Responsible Editor: Liu Yuxin_NBJS7825
