The Yonhap News Agency said that at the Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee, Kim Jong-un mentioned the word self-reliance 27 times, and did not speak hard to the United States or about nuclear issues, which indicated that North Korea would not depart from the strategic line of concentrating all its energies on economic development.
