People familiar with the matter said that the deceased, surnamed Liang, was 17 years old and drank in a nearby bar that night. After coming out, he was injured by a man with a sharp weapon. After the accident was sent to Peking University Hospital for rescue, but eventually the rescue was ineffective and died. At the scene of the incident, there was still blood.

In this regard, Fukuda police reported that at 2:04 a.m. on April 10, a deliberate injury occurred near Mintian Road, Fukuda District, and the injured died after medical treatment was ineffective. After full investigation, the police arrested the suspect Liu Mou (male, 31 years old) at 5:55 a.m. that day. At present, the case is being further investigated.
