 Supreme Inspection: 1869 juvenile suspects in China attend university through help and teaching


He mentioned that the procuratorial organs of Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province set up a group of juvenile criminal suspects, including case handlers, social workers and psychological consultants, to explore the implementation of a precise model of helping and teaching, of which 97.5% of juveniles did not commit a crime again.

Since 2010, more than 5,000 juveniles involved in crimes have been offered social care and education in Shanghai. Of these, 99.4% of the juveniles have not committed a crime again. In some places, social workers have also participated in the work of protection, punishment and critical prevention.
