PingWest Plays April 11. This week, Apple asked the court to suspend the defence of two plaintiff lawyers who defended an ongoing legal lawsuit over the iPhone FM downturn on the grounds that the latter had leaked confidential documents in violation of protective laws.
According to a San Jose District Court document, lawyers Joseph Cotchett and Mark Molumphy from Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy repeatedly cited Apples highly confidential - lawyers can only read document at a March 7 hearing. Apple also said that lawyer Cotchett shifted the blame, distorted the facts, and we challenged his sanctions motion based on Apples confidential designation of the document.
The lawsuit is a joint lawsuit that combines 61 separate charges, including measures against Apples false propaganda, unfair business practices and frequency reduction of the battery-poor iPhone from iOS 10.2.1 (although Apple considers frequency reduction to be a security measure, users believe that Apple deliberately slows down usersmobile phones).
