Xinjing News According to the official Wechat of Hainan Oriental Public Security Bureau, at 10 am on April 10, the suspect Cai Moulin (male, Maoming, Guangdong, born in 1993, with a history of mental illness) violated the law by driving an electric vehicle at the intersection of Fengharvest Village. His electric vehicle was seized on the spot by the traffic police on duty. The traffic police issued him a Certificate of Administrative Compulsory Measures for Public Security Traffic Management and informed him to the traffic police. The brigade dealt with the squadron illegally. At about 14:30 on the same day, Cai Moulin asked two assistant policemen to detain the electric car at the traffic post at the intersection of Renmin South Road and Jiefang West Road. Because he could not provide drivers license and other formalities, the request was fruitless, so he took out the kitchen knife that had been hidden on his body in advance and cut two assistant policemen. Now the suspect Cai Moulin has been arrested by the public security organs, and the case is being further investigated.
