Hello, Premier. You have been emphasizing the importance of developing Internet + and developing shared economy, but a series of negative events happened last year. What do you think of it? What new measures will the government take next to standardize the development of the shared economy? Thank you.
Internet + and shared economy are also platform economies. As a new thing, like any new thing, it has both advantages and disadvantages in its development. But on the whole, it promotes employment, facilitates the masses, and promotes the development of related industries. Like e-commerce, express delivery, mobile payment and so on, we all have feelings, people do things, gather peoples wisdom, people share.
For this new format and mode, we should not simply be capricious, either ignore it or manage it to death. So we have been adopting the principle of inclusiveness and prudence in recent years. Inclusion is a new thing. We know that it is much smaller than the unknown. We should allow it to develop and correct the problems in development. The so-called prudential supervision is to set the bottom line of safety, and not allow Internet + and share economic signs to deceive. We should provide entrepreneurs with a space for growth and an environment for enterprises to develop new momentum. In this process, what we need is fair access and fair supervision. In the process of pushing forward by market forces, new things depend on the market itself. In order to eliminate the fittest in the market competition, the government should also carry out fair and just supervision. Happiness and annoyance are always accompanied by growth. What we need to do is to guide them to grow healthily.
