Ye Qing, member of the CPPCC, suggested increasing medium- and long-term financing for private enterprises

Regarding the difficulty and expensive financing of enterprises, Ye Qing, the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, Vice-Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chairman of Beijing Yeshi Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., said that not all private enterprises are facing this problem. Many private enterprises can still get financing, but it is short-term and not conducive to the development of enterprises. It is suggested that financial institutions and banks should increase medium and long-term financing.

In addition, for small and micro enterprises, they dont know where to finance. If they have problems, they go to pawnbrokers and microfinance companies. In fact, banks have these products. I suggest that banks should give more loan guidance to small and micro enterprises and tell them how to make loans to solve the problem of information asymmetry.
