The annual ranking of Best Country was published by American News and World Report in conjunction with BAV Consulting and Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, according to the report.
The ranking is based on nine categories of indicators, including tourism attractiveness, business friendliness, cultural influence, modernization, entrepreneurship, living standards of residents, historical heritage, national strength and economic growth.
The top 10 countries on the list are Switzerland, Japan, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Australia, the United States, Norway and France.
