Su-30MKI fighter aircraft equipped by Indian Air Force

[Global Network Military Report of 6 March] India will equip its Su-30MKI fighter plane with an Israeli SPICE-2000 guided bomb, which was recently used by the Indian Air Force to attack militant training camps in Pakistan-controlled Kashmir, according to senior military sources quoted by the Indian ANI news agency on 5 March.

Sources said: Of all our fighter planes, the only one that can throw bombs at the enemy is the Mirage-2000 fighter plane. Now we will equip the Su-30MKI fighter with precision guided bombs in order to improve the firepower of our air force.

According to him, the distance completely equipped with Israeli bombs for Indian Su-30MKI fighters requires several additional tests. Completing this will multiply the capability of the Indian Air Force, because Israeli bombs can destroy enemy targets with high precision.

It is reported that the Indian Army currently has about 200 Spice-2000 bombs purchased from Israel a few years ago.
