On March 4, Beiqing Daily reporters learned from Wang Pengyong, Liu Zhenhuas fathers lawyer, Liu Guojun, that Liu Guojun had filed an appeal with the Peoples Court of Zhengzhou Airport District on March 4. The content of the appeal mainly revolved around whether Liu Zhenhua enjoyed 60 square meters of housing rewarded by the preferential policy of only child. Because of the appellants family difficulties, he also applied to the Zhengzhou Intermediate Court for deferred payment of litigation fees.
According to Wang Pengyongs appeal, Liu Guojun believed that the court of first instance had found the facts wrong and did not inherit Liu Zhenhuas 120-square-meter resettlement house. Liu Zhenhua did not share the 120-square-meter resettlement house. The real property belongs to Liu Zhenhua only to the share of 60 square meters of resettlement housing allocated by the people. The 60 square meters of resettlement housing rewarded by the preferential policy for the only child is the governments reward for parents who choose to have only one child. The reward should be shared by Liu Guojun and his wife.
Earlier, our newspaper reported that the first instance of the Zhengzhou stewardess killed by a drop-by-drop windmill judgment, the defendants Liu Mojun and Song Mou in the inheritance of their son Liu Zhenhua heritage, compensation plaintiff Li Mou-mou, Dong Mou (Li Mingzhus parents) death compensation, funeral expenses, transportation costs, accommodation costs, missed work costs and other losses of more than 626,000 yuan.
