Qualcomm: Apple should be dismissed from Eddy Cue, all behind him.

Qualcomm claims that the conspiracy between apple and Samsung executives has triggered Apples decision to stop paying nearly $1 billion in licensing fees to Qualcomm. It is said that the Apple executives may be Eddie Quinn. Apple filed a lawsuit against Qualcomm earlier last year, challenging the patent licensing practice of Qualcomm, demanding refund of the royalties already paid. Qualcomm later counterclaim Apple said that Apple infringed Qualcomm patents in several countries. As part of the dispute between the two companies, Qualcomm is also seeking a ban to prevent part of the infringement of iPhone from entering the US market. In a lawsuit submitted to the Federal District Court in southern California, Qualcomm claimed that during a meeting in Idaho in 2015, a top executive of Apple urged Samsung Electronics aggressively to ask Korean antitrust regulators to act on Qualcomm. Tim Cook and Eddie Quinn will attend the media tycoon conference every year in svali, Idaho. Qualcomm said the suspected Apple executive explained that the regulatory decisions made by the South Korean government regulators would be the best chance by Samsung Electronics to force Qualcomm to change its patent licensing behavior. Qualcomm did not name apple as the top executive in the submission, but said the conspiracy between apple and Samsung Electronics later mistakenly guided the South Korean government to take action against Qualcomm. Qualcomm said it violated its previous agreement with apple, just because of the apple action and other actions that it violated the agreement, and Qualcomm stopped returning the patent fees that had already been paid to apple. Apple said in a court document submitted that it had offered a cooperative attitude to requests from regulators, and Qualcomm had made undue retaliation against apple. Qualcomm is known as a chip manufacturer, and in fact, many of its profits come from the patent licensing business. Some of the practices of Qualcomm triggered its conflict with customers such as apple and HUAWEI, thus becoming the regulators of China, South Korea and the United States. Qualcomm executives said that the company has begun to change those practices and become a voluntary supervision and control business. Apple declined to comment on the news, and Samsung Electronics and Qualcomm declined to respond immediately to requests for comment from the media.
