Liao Wanqing, 81, is a well-known dermatology and medical mycology expert in China. He is the academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the director of the Institute of Dermatology and Mycology of the Changzheng Hospital of the Naval Military Medical University. He won the Lifelong Achievement Award of the Dermatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2014.
