Shenzhen seized 1.2 tons of precursor chemicals involving Hong Kong gangsters

At the end of November 2018, Shenzhen police found a group of Hong Kong men suspected of engaging in drug-related crimes in Shenzhen. After thorough research and analysis, Shenzhen police quickly set up a special team to investigate the drug trafficking case.

After careful verification, the team found that the gang warehouse was located in an industrial park in Longhua District, Shenzhen. Through continuous operations, the team has mastered the organizational structure, membership and rules of activities of the group, laying a solid foundation for the smooth detection of cases.

On December 3, 2018, the time for arrest was ripe. On December 6, the Task Force launched a network collection operation in an industrial zone in Longhua District, arrested the suspect Luo Mouliang (Hong Kong people, members of the Hong Kong Mafia Society 14K), and seized 710 kg of a precursor chemical sealed in 390 barbell tablets under state control at the temporary drug packaging point. Another group of police officers in Huanggang, Shenzhen, captured the main suspect of the gang, Li Moulan (a Hong Kong citizen, a member of the 14K gang of Hong Kong underworld societies). Following the first wave of networking operations, the Task Force continued to search for the sources of precursor chemicals. According to clues, the police found another warehouse of the group in Henglan Town, Zhongshan City, on December 20, and seized 500 kilograms of precursor chemicals under state control.
