For the sixth consecutive year, more than 13 million new jobs were created in cities and towns, and the unemployment rate in urban surveys remained at a relatively low level. The overall job supply is larger than the number of job seekers. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs on the supply and demand of 100 Urban Public Employment Service institutions, the rate of seeking employment has remained above 1 in 2018 and 1.27 in the fourth quarter. From the aspect of change, the current external environment is complex and severe, the economic operation is stable, changing and worrying, facing downward pressure, which will also be transmitted to the employment field to a certain extent.
