According to the Jilin Provincial Discipline Commission, Huang Bingjun, the former political commissar of the Traffic Administration Bureau of Jilin Provincial Public Security Department (the traffic police headquarters of Jilin Provincial Public Security Department), is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision.

Huang Bingjun, male, Han nationality, born in September 1952, was born in Chuansha, Shanghai. He worked in November 1968. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1973 with a university degree.

In April 1990, he was appointed Director of Cadre Department of Political Department of Jilin Public Security Bureau; in April 1992, he was appointed Deputy Director of Transportation Administration Bureau of Jilin Public Security Department (Traffic Police Headquarters of Jilin Public Security Department); in March 2001, he was appointed Political Committee of Jilin Public Security Bureau (Traffic Police Headquarters of Jilin Public Security Department) and retired in December 2012.
