According to the circular, at about 21:00 on January 9, 2019, Shenzhen online police found that netizens nicknamed Hanning is police grass and netizens nicknamed Does your husband call Ningning? posted posts on Sina Weibo and Baidu Post Bar respectively, saying that someone abused Shenzhen Auxiliary Police in the Wechat working group of more than 30 people, covering professional contempt and personal attacks, with screenshots of chat records of the parties. Within 24 hours after the release of the posts, nearly 10,000 browses, 30 forwards and 456 comments were received, resulting in adverse social impact. After receiving the clues, the Shenzhen Network Police detachment jointly launched an operation with Baoan Branch, and found the poster Han Mouning in the Shiyan Police Station area around 16:00 on January 10. After interrogation, Han Mouning (male, 18 years old, Shandong), a cashier in a supermarket, has no working experience in the police force. The chat record of abusing the auxiliary police in the poster was fabricated by himself. The motive of the posting was to blacken the Shenzhen police force for the sake of hyping the topic of the auxiliary police. At present, Han Mouning has been sentenced to 10 days of administrative detention and a fine of 500 yuan by Baoan Branch of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau for disrupting public order by fabricating facts.
