On Thursday, local time, a Brazilian South American Airlines (Latam) passenger plane bound for Britain made an emergency landing at Belo Orizante International Airport due to technical problems. 355 people on board (including 339 passengers) were evacuated safely. According to Brazilian media reports, eight tires burst due to forced landing. The tires and related equipment needed for repairing the airliner were transported to Belo Orizante at about 17:50 p.m. local time.
