Maine sued two Chinese foreign ministries for cyber theft: a purely upside-down lawsuit

The Chinese governments position on network security is consistent and clear. China is a firm defender of network security, and has always firmly opposed and cracked down on any form of network theft. The Chinese government has never participated in or supported anyone in any way in stealing trade secrets.

For a long time, it has been a public secret that the relevant departments of the United States have carried out large-scale and organized activities of network surveillance, surveillance and surveillance to foreign governments, enterprises and individuals. In the name of so-called cyber-theft, the U.S. side made an unprovoked accusation against the Chinese side, which was just a rip-down and self-deception. China will never accept it.

We urge the U.S. side to immediately correct its wrong practices, stop slandering and smearing China on the issue of network security, and withdraw the so-called prosecution of Chinese personnel, so as to avoid serious damage to bilateral relations and bilateral cooperation in relevant fields. China will take necessary measures to firmly safeguard Chinas network security and its own interests.

The United Kingdom and other individual countries have also made slanderous remarks against China on the issue of cyber security. They are purely out of nothing and have ulterior motives. We will never accept it and firmly oppose it. We urge these countries to respect the facts and stop deliberately slandering China so as not to undermine their bilateral relations with China and cooperation in important areas.
