Takeaway riders harass customers and are detained to send 10 text messages saying like your mother

Takeaway Riders Provide Text Messages to Respondents of Mr. Lis Daughter

Mr. Li introduced that at about 19:00 on December 17, his daughter Li Yu (a pseudonym) ordered meals using the beauty group takeout software. When the takeout arrived, it was collected by Mr. Lis lover. After the delivery, Li Yu soon received the dirty information of rider Youmou, which involved sexual harassment of Mr. Lis lover and Li Yu himself, and issued more than ten consecutive articles.

Mr. Li told Peng Mei News that after learning about the situation that night, he and his daughter immediately called the American Regiment takeout customer service to complain, and asked the other party to call the police. The customer service responded that it will be reflected to the superiors. Early on December 18, the American Regiment takeout staff apologized to Li Yu by telephone, but Mr. Li believed that the incident had not been substantially resolved, so he took the relevant text message evidence to the town police station of Fucheng County Public Security Bureau to report the case in the afternoon.

The police administrative punishment decision provided by Mr. Li shows that after ascertaining the facts, according to the provisions of Article 42, paragraph 5, of the Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Security, it was decided to impose administrative detention for 5 days on the takeaway rider Youmou (male, 23 years old). The staff of the town police station of Fucheng County Public Security Bureau confirmed the authenticity of the above-mentioned decision on administrative penalty.

According to Article 42 of the Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Security, anyone who repeatedly sends obscene, insulting, intimidating or other information to interfere with the normal life of another person shall be sentenced to detention of not more than 5 days or a fine of not more than 500 yuan; if the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to detention of not less than 5 days but not more than 10 days, and may also be sentenced to a fine of not more than 500 yuan.
