Eight provinces are still vacant in this important post with frequent personnel changes.

Two recent personnel adjustments deserve attention:

First, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and the Vice-Chairman of the District Government, Ma Shunqing, went north to Tianjin to serve as the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee; second, the former vice mayor of Shanghai, Shi Hui, went to Guizhou to serve as the Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Committee.

Towards the end of recent years, personnel changes have been frequent throughout the country. Zheng Zhijun has noticed that at least six provincial Party committees have adjusted their staff since November.

Over a month, seven people took up their new jobs.

Look at the form.

Time glorious predecessor is Tang Chengpei. In March this year, Tang Chengpei, then the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Committee, the Secretary-General of the Provincial Committee and the Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Committee, entered Beijing to perform his duties. Among them, Ma Shunqing, Zeng Wanming, Tong Daochi, Yan Chaojun and Shi Guanghui all perform their duties across provinces.

With the addition of time, the number of post-70s in provincial Party Committee teams has increased from two to three.

The other two are Zhuge Yujie, an old colleague of Shi Hui, who was born in May 1971, member of the Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipal Committee and Secretary-General of the Municipal Committee. Another was Liu Jie, who was appointed by the Standing Committee of the Jiangxi Provincial Committee and Secretary-General of the Provincial Committee to Guizhou in May this year.

Seven Disciplinary Commission Officials Mobilized

Mu Hongyu is the only female official among the seven mentioned above.

On November 2, the media reported that Mu Hongyu, head of the Discipline Inspection Unit of the Central Discipline Commission in the State Development and Reform Commission, landed in Chongqing as Secretary of the Municipal Discipline Commission. Previously, Chen Yong returned to Beijing from Chongqing to act as the new secretary of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee of Discipline and Discipline.

It is worth noting that the mobilization of personnel from the Central Discipline Commission still deserves attention. Mu Hongyu is the fourth member of the Disciplinary Inspection Unit of the Ministry in charge of the Standing Committee of the New Provincial Party Committee this year. The other three members are:

In May, Wang Xingning, the former head of the Supreme Inspection and Discipline Inspection Unit of the Central Discipline Commission, landed in Shaanxi Province and served as the Standing Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee.

In July, Yu Hongqiu, the former head of the discipline inspection group of the Central Discipline Commission in the Central Organization Department, landed in Henan Province as Deputy Secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

In July, Feng Zhili, the former head of the discipline inspection group of the Central Discipline Commission in the Ministry of Natural Resources, landed in Yunnan and served as the Standing Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the CPC.

More Than This.

In August this year, Yang Xin, chairman of the 14th Central Inspection Group, landed in Xinjiang as the Standing Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Commission of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region. In October, Zhu Guoxian, former Minister of the Propaganda Department of the Central Discipline Commission, landed in Zhejiang as the Standing Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department of the provincial Party committee; in the same month, Liu Shuang, former Minister of the Organizational Department of the State Supervision Committee of the Central Discipline Commission, was the new secretary of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Discipline Commission

One of the details is that most of the new jobs of the officials exchanged between the central government and the local government are based on the old line.

For example, most of the above-mentioned officials from the discipline inspection system have served as secretaries of local political and legal committees or disciplines committees. For example, in May this year, Zhou Huilin, former deputy director of the State Administration of Radio and Television, served as the Standing Committee of the New Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Minister of Propaganda; in August, Ran Wanxiang served as the Standing Committee of the New Hebei Provincial Party Committee and the Minister of the United Front Department, after three years as Deputy Minister of the Central United Front Department.

Eight provinces still lack full-time deputy secretaries

Finally, lets look at the overall situation of the country.

Zheng Zhijun noted that at present, the staffing of provincial Party committee leaders in 31 provinces is basically 11-13, with only 10 in Beijing and Guangdong and 14 in Hebei and Tibet.

Guangdong, with the lowest staffing of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, is composed of Li Xi (Secretary), Ma Xingrui (Governor), Wang Weizhong (Secretary of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee), Lin Shaochun (Standing Vice-Governor), Zhang Shuofu (Secretary of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee), Zou Ming (Secretary of the Organizational Department), He Zhongyou (Secretary of the Provincial Committee of Political Science and Law), and Shi Kehui (Secretary of the Provincial Discipline Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Discipline Committee The director of the Supervisory Committee, Fu Hua (Minister of Propaganda), Zhang Liming (Commander of Provincial Military Region) are composed of 10 people.

Since this year, Guangdong has been constantly adjusting its personnel. In July, Zeng Zhiquan, the former Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee and former Minister of the United Front Department, was dismantled. In August, Jiang Ling, former Standing Committee and former Secretary-General of Guangdong Provincial Committee, was transferred to Henan Provincial Committee. In October, Ren Xuefeng, former Deputy Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Committee and former Secretary of Guangzhou Committee, went to Chongqing to perform his duties.

At present, the post of Secretary-General of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee has been assumed by Zheng Yanxiong; Zhang Shuofu has filled the vacancy of Secretary of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee, but the full-time Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee has been vacant for February. At present, as in Guangdong, there is a lack of full-time deputy secretaries, including Beijing, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Guizhou and Qinghai.

Having said the staffing, lets look at the personnel transfer.

Since this year, more than half of the members of the Standing Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee have been readjusted, which is the largest in the country.

In January, Jiang Yingyu, Political Committee of Guangxi Military Region, was appointed Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region.

In January, Qin Rupei, former Standing Committee and former Deputy Governor of Guizhou Provincial Committee, was appointed Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region.

In March, Luxinshe was appointed Secretary of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and no longer Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangxi Province.

In April, Xu Shaochuan, former deputy director of the State Administration of Work Safety Supervision and Administration, was appointed as the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and Minister of the United Front Department.

In May, Huang Weijing resigned as Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of the Standing Committee and Party Committee of the Autonomous Region

In July, Yan Zhizhao, the former Standing Committee of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and the former Minister of the Organizational Department, was appointed as the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and the Vice-Chairman of the Government.

In November, Zeng Wanming, the former Standing Committee and the former Minister of the Organizational Department of the Party Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region, acted as the Chairman of the Standing Committee and the Organizational Department of the Party Committee of the New Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Of course, except for the newly added standing Committee of military uniforms at the beginning of this year, the Standing Committee of provincial Party committees in Hunan and other places has not changed since this year, only the positions of individual personnel have increased or decreased.
