Reporters learned from China Railway Corporation that from 0:00 on January 5, 2019, the national railway will implement a new train diagram, and the railway passenger and freight transport capacity will be significantly improved.

By the end of 2018, 10 new lines will be opened, including Chengde-Shenyang section, Xinmin-Tongliao section, Harbin-Mudanjiang section, Jinan-Qingdao section, Qingdao-Yancheng section, Hangzhou-Huangshan section, Nanping-Longyan section, Huaihua-Hengyang section, Tongren-Yuping section and Chengdu-Yaan section. The new high-speed railway has a business mileage of about 2500 kilometers. Fuxin, Chaoyang, Chengde, Tongliao, Mudanjiang, Rizhao, Lianyungang, Yancheng, Yaan, Lijiang and other cities are the first to start. Railway departments have arranged for 276.5 new EMU trains, which will greatly improve Chinas high-speed rail transport and better meet the passengersdesire to travel by EMU.

Chengde-Shenyang section of Beijing-Harbin high-speed railway, Xinmin-Tongliao high-speed railway arrange 21 pairs of EMU daily lines, 2 pairs of weekend lines and 3 pairs of peak lines; Harbin-Mudanjiang high-speed railway, Harbin-Sui high-speed railway, Mudanjiang-Suifen river section arrange 23.5 pairs of EMU daily lines, 2 pairs of weekend lines and 3 pairs of peak lines; Jinan-Qingdao high-speed railway, Qingdao-Yanhe section arrange 23.5 pairs of EMU City Railway arranges 42 pairs of EMU daily lines, 3 pairs of weekend lines and 5 pairs of peak lines; Hangzhou-Huangshan section of Hangzhou-Changzhou high-speed railway arranges 33 pairs of EMU daily lines, 1 pair of weekend lines and 2 pairs of peak lines; Nanping-Longyan Railway arranges 16 pairs of EMU daily lines, 3 pairs of peak lines and 3 pairs of ordinary speed trains; Huaihua-Hengyang Railway Anyang Railway arranges 33 pairs of EMU daily lines, 1 There are 18 pairs of EMU daily lines, 1 pair of peak lines and 1 pair of ordinary speed trains; 5.5 pairs of EMU daily lines and 2 pairs of peak lines are arranged for Tongren-Yuping Railway; 10 pairs of EMU daily lines, 3 pairs of weekend lines and 2 pairs of peak lines are arranged for Chengdu-Ya Railway. After mapping, there are 2847.5 pairs of routine trains, 221.5 pairs of weekend trains and 382.5 pairs of peak trains on national railways, corresponding to 2847.5 pairs of routine trains, 3069 pairs of weekend trains and 3451.5 pairs of peak trains on weekend trains, and the transport capacity of high-speed railway is about 9% higher than before mapping. u3002

With the operation of 10 new lines at the end of 2018, the running time of passenger trains between some cities has been further reduced. The whole compression time from Harbin to Mudanjiang is 3 hours, from Beijing to Mudanjiang is 8 hours and 57 minutes, from Mudanjiang to Beijing is 6 hours and 57 minutes, from Tongliao to Shenyang is 2 hours and 21 minutes, from Shenyang to Chengde is 8 hours and 23 minutes, and from Beijing to Qingdao is 58 minutes. After the implementation of the new plan, 81 slow trains for poverty alleviation by public welfare continued to operate.

After the implementation of the new plan, the capacity of the main freight corridors of the national railway has been further expanded, and the overall utilization efficiency of the road network has been improved, which will provide a strong guarantee for adjusting the transport structure, increasing the volume of railway freight and winning the blue sky defense battle. We will continue to implement the six-line and six-area (six-line: Daqin Line, Zhangtang Line, Wari Line, Houyue Line, Xihe Line, Lanzhou-Chongqing Line); six-area: Shanxi, Shaanxi, Mengxi, Xinjiang, coastal areas, along the Yangtze River) freight increment strategy; Tangshan, Tianjin, Dongjiakou and other ports around the Bohai Bay have greatly improved their freight collection and distribution capacity. Among them, 10,000 tons of coal trains on Tangshan-Hohhot Railway increased from 25 pairs to 28 pairs at present, 25 pairs of dredging ore lines were arranged on Tangshan-Caofeidian Railway, 50 pairs of dredging ore lines were arranged on Tianjin Port, and 30 pairs were arranged on Qingdao-Rizhao Railway. Through tapping potential and improving efficiency, Shanxis coal export capacity has been further enhanced, the freight transport capacity of Xian-Pingliang Railway, Baotou-Xian Railway has increased by 10 pairs, and the capacity of Xinjiang Coal Outward Transport Corridor of Lanzhou-Xinhua Railway has increased by 10 pairs. The demand for one belt and one way construction and international trade has increased from 65 to 68 in the central Europe, while the Central Asian train has increased from 30 to 33.
